Zack Storm came on strong at the end of the season. He hit a homerun at Missouri and went Two for Two in the Sec Tournament. I have said all year long that with the lack of offense this team displayed, that Storm should have been starting. The coach should have gotten him on the field more, because it is easier to hit when you are in the flow of the game. DH is so hard to get into the flow of the game because you are never breaking a sweat. I really think the coaching staff missused Zack Storm this year! He has offensive power; which he displayed, but he was never allowed to get into the flow.

I love it but the 41 should be centered better. (Not on the black part). Awesome idea though, I would love for UK to have camo jerseys. Maybe a camo basketball one too? (But please not like the gawd ugly one’s that they had for certain teams during the post season)

You did a great job with it.. or at least way better than Joker Phillips. Photoshop should be taken away from Joker, he absolutely sucks.

In order to be a point guard at that level, or any level,you have to have a high basketball I.Q. This is something that Archie does not have. He just doesn’t have a feel for the game. He doesn’t see plays in advance. I will never forget in one of the first games of the season he threw two passes on two different fast breaks to a player who had his back to him. He actually hit them in the back with the basketball.Archie Goodwin is not a point guard, nor will he ever be.

I think he’ll go late second round. He has a ton of potential and I think that the NBA scouts are seeing that (finally). I can see him playing PG instead of SG or SF in the league.

I wonder if he ends up a draft pick, or gets picked up by a team after the draft. Obviously he has talent, he just didn’t have the players to make his talent shine. If you are surrounded by bad players (especially a terrible point guard) you are probably not going to play good. That’s why we didn’t see Julius at his best, in my opinion.

Hope he ends up having a successful career in the NBA. It will help him that he is older, and maybe he won’t end up like most of our guys.. in the D-league.

Well, well, well. Nothing against Brainjuicer and Peanut Labs. But I think we have a strong bias in this survey here and I am a little surpised this wasn’t mentioned in the article. Both, brainjuicer and peanut labs were among the sponsors of the survey and were mentioned along the invitation process and if I recall right even had their logo in the header of the survey. So no wonder they were mentioned relatively often during the survey. But this should have been noticed during the analysis of the results I guess. Not a good example of market research…

I follow both on twitter and there was almost a bad incident on twitter today. Edwards got mad because of a post by a fake UK fan. (It as a UL fan posing in a troll account).

Edwards tweeted that he was visiting Lousiville and the troll replied “well that sucks you can go to Louisville and win BCS games or go 3-9 at UK. Guess we will move on to the next recruit.” Or something like that. Of course it was just a troll

But Edwards didnt know that and tweeted something like “you just visit somewhere else and the fans totally turn on you”. He later figured out it was just a UL troll, however. Thank God for that!

I’m glad Coach K took the job because if he hadn’t it probably would have come to Coach Cal. And we don’t need Coach Cal concentrating winning international competitions; we need him laser focused on NCAA championships numbers 9, 10, 11, and 12.

UK Golf is beast. I’m glad that we are good at sports other than basketball now. Maybe it will shut up all the people (Mostly UofL fans) who say that UK is only good at basketball.

Now we have Baseball, Softball, Tennis, Cheerleading, and even Golf to go along with basketball. Only if we could be good in Football..

I hate Duke, but can you really blame them for wanting Coach K to be the coach? In my opinion, he is the best basketball coach in the country, along with Coach Cal and Pitino. Anyone that would argue against those three being the best needs their head checked.

As far as Anthony Davis, I could see him going back in 2016. He had a very impressive Rookie Year in the NBA , and he will only go uphill in my opinion. Glad to see him being successful.. One of the best Cats of all time for sure. Fear the Brow.
