Wildcats to Get New Road Uniforms?

Via Nikeinc.com, the Gonzaga edition of the new road uniforms.

Starting on February 12th vs. Florida, the Cats will be sporting new road uniforms. No word yet if this is a one-time deal or if it is a permanent new fixture for the boys in blue. Pictures of the Kentucky uniforms have not been released yet, but my fingers are crossed that they will still have “Kentucky” across the chest instead of a giant Wildcat as the article indicates it will have.    pretty snazzy. I’m not sure about this Wildcat idea. It might be nice; worth a try maybe.

   I think they are pretty nice too, kentuckyjoe… but I’m pretty wary about the Wildcat on the front.

   We’re pretty used to “Kentucky” and there is really no use to mess with something that has been working for a long time. It would be strange to see anything else.

   I hope it doesn’t have a wildcat. It needs to say Kentucky.

   I don’t think I would mind too much if it said “Wildcats” on the front, but a picture of a wildcat would be a bit too much in my opinion.
