Set your DVR, because tonight is the night that the University of Kentucky Women’s Basketball team will learn their seeding and opponent for the NCAA Tournament which starts this Saturday, March 17. Tune in on ESPN tonight at 7 to see where the team will land.
Currently, the NCAA women’s basketball “bracketologist” Charlie Creme has the Wildcats projected as a 2 seed in the Fresno region playing 15th seeded Samford in the first round in Chicago. This would be ideal for UK, as they’ve been battling to stay a 2 seed and not a 3 in recent weeks. Regardless, this will be the highest seeding that Kentucky has received in a very, very long time.
