An impromptu press conference has been scheduled today featuring women’s basketball head coach Matthew Mitchell and athletic director Mitch Barnhart. Naturally being a human, I immediatly assumed and feared the worst possible sceneario which would include Coach Mitchell leaving the school, etc etc.

Ally Tucker being the mother that she is kindly reassured me and realistically implied that it will probably include a contract extension and/or raise for the UK Hoops coach that has done wonders with the program in his short time here. The press conference will begin at 2, and is in the Memorial Coliseum media room.
