Scout.com has released their latest rankings of the 2013 recruiting class, and Jabari Parker is still number one. The rankings are a mixed bag for Kentucky fans. Our commitment Derek Willis from Bullit East has dropped from No. 30 to No. 91- but he is still considered a four star recruit. On the plus side, eight out of the top ten players list Kentucky as a school they are interested in- and the only two that didn’t have already committed to Florida (Kasey Hill) and North Carolina (Isaiah Hicks).
